Purchase Terms, Rules, Data Protection

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of purchase/sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) constitute a legally binding document for the Parties, defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from the online store “deimantukai.lt.”

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer will be informed of any changes on the website of the online store “deimantukai.lt.” The Terms applicable at the time of order placement shall apply to the Buyer when shopping in “deimantukai.lt.”

1.3. The right to purchase from the online store is granted to:
1.3.1. Legally competent natural persons, i.e., individuals who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court order;
1.3.2. Minors aged 14 to 18, only with parental or guardian consent, except in cases where they independently manage their income;
1.3.3. Legal entities;
1.3.4. Authorized representatives of all the aforementioned persons.

1.4. By confirming these Terms, the Seller guarantees that, in accordance with section 1.3, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store “deimantukai.lt.”

1.5. A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer, after forming a shopping cart, specifying a delivery address, selecting a payment method, and familiarizing themselves with the Seller’s terms, clicks the “Confirm Order” button.

1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the “deimantukai.lt” database as well as in printed form in the company’s e-commerce department.

2. Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

2.1. The Buyer can order goods from the online store “deimantukai.lt”:
2.1.1. By registering on the website and entering the required registration details;
2.1.2. Without registration.

2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the following data: name, surname, exact delivery address, phone number, and email address.

3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store “deimantukai.lt” in accordance with these Terms and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. If the Buyer provides incorrect, inaccurate, or misleading data, the Seller shall not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.

3.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and accept them under the conditions set forth in these Terms.

3.4. The Buyer agrees not to share their login details with third parties. If the Buyer loses their login details, they must immediately inform the Seller.

3.5. When using the online store “deimantukai.lt,” the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Terms, other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, and not to disrupt the operation or security of the online store.

4. Seller's Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to supply the goods according to the Buyer's order and these Terms.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to ensure the quality of the goods and their compliance with the terms of the agreement.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to ensure that the order is processed and delivered to the Buyer within the specified timeframe, unless unforeseen circumstances arise.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data and ensure its confidentiality, as stipulated by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.5. The Seller undertakes to comply with all applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that govern the operation of online stores and relations with Buyers.

5. Buyer's Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods ordered in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information in the order form, including the delivery address and other necessary details.

5.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods at the time and in the manner specified in the agreement.

5.4. The Buyer undertakes to promptly inform the Seller if the goods received do not correspond to the order or if other defects arise.

6. Delivery

6.1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with the order using the chosen delivery method.

6.2. Delivery will be made to the Buyer’s specified address or delivery point, according to the order details.

6.3. The Seller undertakes to ensure that the goods are delivered within the agreed time, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

6.4. If delivery is not possible, the Seller will inform the Buyer of any changes or delays, offering alternative options.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, provided the item has not been used and the original packaging remains intact.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are damaged or do not match the order.

7.3. The Seller agrees to refund the money or offer an exchange in accordance with the Buyer’s choice.

8. Liability for Goods Quality

8.1. The Seller guarantees that the goods sold conform to the contract terms and are suitable for their intended use.

8.2. The Seller is liable for defects in the goods that occurred during the manufacturing process or during delivery.

8.3. The Buyer is liable for goods that have been damaged due to improper use or storage.

9. Return and Exchange of Goods

9.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods if they do not conform to the contract and receive a full refund, excluding delivery charges.

9.2. The Buyer cannot return goods that are considered hygienic or damaged during use.

9.3. The process for returning and exchanging goods is determined in accordance with applicable regulations.
