Delivery times, methods, and prices
Goods are usually delivered within 5–6 business days.
Delivery methods and prices are displayed in the product order window (in the shopping cart after clicking the “Buy” button). Goods can be delivered to parcel lockers, by courier, or by post (available options depend on the region and country).
Payment
Available payment methods are shown in the product order window (in the shopping cart after clicking the “Buy” button). Payment can be made via online banking, by bank card, or by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice.
Returns and Warranty
All ordered goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
In this case, the goods must be unused and their packaging must be undamaged.
Please pack the returned goods safely and securely.
The cost of the return service is covered by the seller only if the reason for return is due to the seller’s fault.
Before returning the goods, please notify us by email at info@e-praktiker.eu and wait for confirmation within 2 business days.

Product code and quantity
Reason for return (not required if returned within 14 days of receipt)
Buyer’s first and last name
